Tracy Bridal Shop makes every effort to describe and display our dresses in the greatest possible detail. However, if you feel your purchase is not suitable we will accept it back provided that;-

• We receive a phone call or email confirmation that you would like to return the goods. This communication must be made within three days of drop off of the goods by the carrier.
• We will issue a return authorisation number on receipt of you communication.
• Once you have obtained a return authorisation number from us you have five business days to return the goods to us.
• All returned packages must have a return authorisation number on them.
• You will be responsible for all return postage and carriage charges, transaction fees and insurance costs.
• All goods must be returned in the same condition as sent to you.
• Any goods not returned in the same condition will not be acceptable and you will be obliged to pay the full purchase price.
• Refunds will be issued in Euro and we are not responsible for the currency exchange rate.

We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves Tracy Bridal Shop. The items shipped are display dresses and may contain minor defects. A list of defects, if any, will be given at the confirmation stage and must be accepted prior to shipment.
